Mobile Degassing Solution

Clean Technology Systems Benelux and Vanderwerff Project management have developed the Dutch Dedicated Degasser (Triple D), a mobile degassing system based on energy efficient technology of Dürr.

The system is used to clean and destroy Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) during degassing of

• product tanks
• ships
• process installations
• pipelines

prior to product change, inspection and/or maintenance activities.

The mobile degassing system is also an excelent solution for Temporary replacement of Vapor Recovery Units, since the system can operate 24/7 fully automatically with remote monitoring and control.

Especially carcinogenic substances like Benzene, which are a threat to public health, require degassing of systems up to p.p.m. level according the latest European regulation.

The objective is to have an energy efficient and low carbon emission solution combined with high capacity resulting in economic degassing cost and time.

The mobile degassing system has been commissioned in the summer of 2019 and is operational.

Het Triple D project is mede gefinancierd vanuit het Interreg V programma Vlaanderen-Nederland, het grensoverschrijdend samenwerkingsprogramma met financiële steun van het Europees Fonds voor Regionale Ontwikkeling.
